Packaging machine control system
There are many control systems of packaging machine, mainly including electromechanical control, photoelectric control and electronic control. Their main functions are weighing, counting, positioning, temperature measurement, feeding, material cut-off, safety, protection, etc. Some devices are available for various functions.
1. Packaging machine control system - Electromechanical control Electromechanical control device is a common control system, which is composed of cam and some electrical components. Simple structure, easy to adjust and maintain. The positioning mechanism is adopted to ensure that the rotating parts can be accurately fixed at a certain position after indexing, so as to prevent force movement. The cam mechanism has a drive rod connected with a control actuator (such as a switch), which can control the opening, stopping and reversing of the mechanism.
2. Packaging machine control system - photoelectric control photoelectric control device consists of light source and photosensitive element (photoelectric conversion device), which has a wide range of applications. For example, when used for counting, the light source is installed at one end of the conveyor belt, and the light sensor is installed at the other end facing the light source; When the finished product package is blocked by the light source once, the sensor will send an electrical signal and drive the counter once, and the counter will display the number of packaged products.
3. Packaging machine control system - electric control device is composed of electronic components, which has the advantages of high speed, long control distance and high precision. Its cost is several times that of general electromechanical control. However, when the packaging speed is up to 1000 pieces per minute and no error is allowed, this can only be done through electronic control. Modern high-speed cartoning machine adopts electronic control. The heat sealing time and temperature of plastic bag sealing can also be controlled by electronic technology.
