Bottles are fed onto an in-built infeed turn table before being delivered to an SS conveyor belt. Bottles are transported to the filling station by conveyor belt. The filling station has a pneumatic bottle stopper for precise bottle neck centering during the filling operation.
During filling, the nozzle moves slowly upwards from the bottom level of the bottle towards the neck to minimize forming. The adjustable nozzle reciprocates according to the filling dose.
Because the doing block is equipped with a hexagonal bolt, different fill sizes can be easily adjusted in a short period of time.
Following liquid filling, bottles are conveyed to the capping/labeling machine conveyor for further processing.
