If you accidentally cut into a hard object such as metal, if the knife cuts to the edge, it is easy to break. After removing this kind of thing, check to see if the pressure adjustment is loose. Press the pressure again, press it all the way down, and back off a turn or two. Another problem to note is that if you are packing hard or heavy items, the pressure adjustment cannot be adjusted too much. It is good to press it to the bottom and then turn it back about 4 turns. I think if the pressure is too dead, in case the material gets cut by the cutter, it will get stuck in the middle.
2. What should I do if the material gets stuck in the cutter? (Cannot press forward or backward). First of all, as mentioned before, if the pressure is too tight and your item is thick, it is prone to this. Just loosen the pressure adjustment and turn the gear, but don't forget to adjust the pressure back after removing the material.
Pillow Packaging Machine Troubleshooting
1. When the temperature is too high, the speed is too slow, and the heat resistance of the outer layer of the coating is poor, there will be traces of scorch at the seal. The repair method is to increase the speed, reduce the temperature, and replace the film material.
2. The knife seat is too high or too low, the packaging speed is too fast, and when the push rod and the cutter are out of sync, the cutter will cut to the product. The maintenance method is to reduce the packaging speed and adjust the height of the end sealing part so that the center of the sealing knife is in the middle of the product height.
3. The film color code is too light, the film drive is slippery, and when the color code tracking is not turned on, the cutting position will deviate from the color code. The maintenance method at this time is to adjust the sensitivity according to the packaging machine manual; switch the tracking mode to "Track Cut".
4. The solid-state circuit breaker is burned out, the temperature control meter is damaged, and the thermometer cannot control the temperature when the thermocouple is damaged. The maintenance method is to replace the galvanic couple, replace the temperature control meter, and replace the heating element.
5. The speed is too fast, and the heat sealing performance of the inner layer of the coating is poor. When the temperature is too low, the seal can leak or become unstable. The maintenance method is to slow down, increase the temperature, and replace the film material.
6. The air pressure is wrong, the cylinder swing rod is loose, the heating temperature is low, and the heat sealing is not good when the hot pressing roller and the transmission roller are not parallel. The maintenance method is to adjust the parallelism, adjust the temperature and air pressure to make it tighten.
