4. the scattered materials on the material tray shall be cleared in real time and the machine parts shall be kept clean.
5. clean the dust in the electric control box on time to prevent poor contact and other problems.
Basic maintenance of packaging machine:
1. reflect on the screws at all parts of the packaging machine on time to avoid loosening.
2. pay attention to the local waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and rat proof of electrical appliances. The electric cabinet and wiring terminals shall be kept clean to prevent electrical failure.
3. during shutdown, the two heat sealing rollers shall be in the open position to prevent the packaging materials from being damaged by scalding.
4. fill the gear mesh, bearing oil injection hole with seat and all moving parts of the packaging machine with engine oil on time to make them smooth. When filling smooth oil, please be careful not to drop oil on the drive belt to prevent slipping, loss of rotation or aging and damage of the belt.
