What is a filling machine?

Filling machine process:
1.Empty bottles are stacked on pallets and sent to the pallet unloader through a conveyor belt. The pallets are unloaded one by one. The empty bottle is taken out of the box and sent to the washing machine through a conveyor belt.
2.After cleaning, it is sent to the packaging machine, which can be used to load bottles containing beverages. The empty bottles taken out from the unloading machine are transported by another conveyor belt to the bottle washing machine for disinfection and cleaning.
3.After being inspected by the bottle inspection machine and meeting the cleaning standards, enter the filling machine and capping machine.
Beverages are filled into bottles by filling machines. Bottles containing beverages are capped and sealed by a capping machine, and transported to a labeling machine for labeling.
4.After labeling, it is sent to the packaging machine for boxing, and then to the pallet stacker to stack on the pallet and deliver to the warehouse.
The working principle of the filling machine: The pushing cylinder of the filling machine moves synchronously with the pneumatic actuator of the pneumatic valve. The pneumatic valve cylinder of the filling machine lifts the elbow and pushes the bucket. When the pneumatic valve descends, the bucket pushing cylinder moves backwards. At this point, the positioning cylinder moves and pushes the bucket towards the brush. The brush of the barrel brushing machine runs continuously. When brushing the bucket, the brush drives the empty bucket to rotate, so that every part of the empty bucket can be brushed. The cleaned empty bucket is pushed from the pushing barrel to the rinsing station, and then squeezed into the upper bucket rack by the rear empty bucket. The upper bucket rack is flipped over by the upper bucket drum, and the empty bucket freely slides into the bucket seat.

The use of safety rules:

4. The filling machine is not allowed to make abnormal noise. If there is any, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause;
5. Do not use water or other liquids to clean electrical equipment;
6. Wear work clothes, gloves, glasses, etc. Prevent strong acid and alkali corrosion during cleaning;
7. When the machine is running, someone must monitor it and do not approach the machine with tools or other objects;
8. Do not allow personnel unrelated to the operation to approach the equipment.
