1. The sprinkler machine must first be rotated with a crank to check if it rotates abnormally, and can only be started after confirming that it is normal. When adjusting the machine, tools should be used correctly. It is strictly prohibited to use excessive tools or force to disassemble parts, in order to avoid damaging the parts or affecting the performance of the machine.
2.After adjusting the machine, the loose screws must be tightened, and the machine can be turned by shaking the handle to see if its movement meets the requirements before driving. The machine must be kept clean, and oil, medicine, or glass fragments are strictly prohibited on the machine to avoid damage. Therefore, in the machine production process, it is necessary to promptly remove the medication or glass fragments.
3. Clean all parts of the machine surface before shift handover and add clean lubricating oil to each activity department. Wipe once a week, especially in areas that are difficult to clean during normal use, or blow off with compressed air.
4. After unpacking, first check if the random technical data is complete and if the machine is damaged during transportation, in order to solve the problem in a timely manner. Install and adjust the feed and discharge components according to the outline diagram in this manual. Add new lubricating oil to each lubrication point. Rotate the machine with a crank to check if the direction of operation is correct, and the machine must be grounded.
