Adjustment of automatic labeling machine
Although the automatic labeling machine has many advantages, like other equipment, it sometimes fails. In case of failure, it can be adjusted from the following four aspects.
1. Adjust the rubber roller and scraper. It is reported that there should be no gap between the rubber roller and the scraper in the whole length. Once clearance occurs, the scraper must be adjusted by adjusting the eccentric screw. Practice has proved that when the clearance between the rubber roller and the target plate is 0.1mm-0.2mm, it is actually more appropriate. This can be achieved by adjusting the bearing pedestal below the rubber roller, and if necessary, the upper bearing of the rubber roller can also be adjusted.
2. Adjustment of pressure brush device. The author has learned that the overlapping gap of pressure brush container is 10 mm to 15 mm for single pressure brush, 5 mm to 10 mm for combined pressure brush, and the distance between cleaning brush and sponge is 1 mm to 2 mm. In terms of pressure head adjustment, the pressure head with bottle shall be 200mm lower than that with bottle.
3. Adjustment of label box. The gap between the label paper and the double beads in the label box is 0.8mm-1mm. If the gap is too large, it is easy to cause the label paper to shift in the label box and cause oblique marks. If the gap is too small, the bidding will not go smoothly.
4. Adjust the bottle inlet star wheel, bottle outlet star wheel and bottle inlet screw. When adjusting the bottle in star wheel, bottle out star wheel and bottle in screw rod, the indicated pressure head shall prevail. When the bottle pressing head just overwhelms the bottle, adjust the star wheel at the bottle inlet to make the bottle in the middle of the star wheel groove; When the bottle is in the middle of the star wheel groove at the bottle inlet, adjust the screw rod so that the bottle inlet side of the screw rod is close to the bottle; When the bottle pressing head is just raised, the star wheel can be adjusted so that the bottle is in the middle of the star wheel groove.
