The automatic filling machine is an empty bottle passing through the bottle conveying line. After the bottling wheel mechanism, no empty bottle is accurately sent to the rotary table, and the empty bottle rotates immediately. At the same time, the empty bottle is lifted by the soft support mechanism, and automatically opens the bottle mouth for filling after contacting the filling valve. After filling, the bottle automatically pulls out and enters the bottle conveying line, and the whole process ends. The machine is equipped with automatic protection device. If the bottle is blocked, the machine will stop automatically to ensure personal safety.
1. With automatic protection function: equipped with overload clutch protection device, it will automatically stop in case of abnormality.
2. Automatic liquid level control: float level control device is used to control the stability of liquid level.
3. Electric regulation: electric synchronous continuous stepless regulation and quantification, displayed by LCD digital display.
