Future development trend of beverage production line
The development trend of beverage production line is:
(1) High speed, high quality and high precision. In order to adapt to the large-scale production of the beverage industry and obtain the best economic benefits, the beverage equipment is becoming more and more large-scale. For example, the filling speed of carbonated beverage filling equipment can reach up to 2000 cans/min, and the number of filling valve heads of German companies such as H&K, SEN and KRO-NES can reach 165, 144 and 178 respectively. The number of filling valve heads of non carbonated beverage equipment is 50-100, and the filling speed can reach 1500 cans/min.
(2) The equipment is multifunctional and versatile, which is suitable for filling and sealing of various liquids and bottles. It can be used for hot filling of tea drinks, coffee drinks, soy milk drinks, fruit juice drinks and other beverages, as well as glass bottles and polyester bottles
(3) Mechatronics, which is the most important trend in the development of beverage machinery and equipment. Programmable controllers are widely used in the control system of beverage machinery equipment. Large equipment adopts computer control, fault self diagnosis, and signal display to achieve intelligence. The production equipment has high technical content, high reliability, high automatic control level and high efficiency of the whole production line. The online detection device and metering device are complete, which can automatically detect various parameters and measure accurately. High and new technology products integrating machinery, electricity, gas, light and magnetism are constantly emerging. The reliability of beverage packaging equipment and the coordination of packaging line directly affect the working efficiency, production cost and product quality of the whole production line.
(4) Aseptic cold filling technology, the application of aseptic cold filling technology in beverage production is expanding day by day. Sterile cold filling equipment originated in the UK, and then spread to the United States and European countries, mainly used in the juice industry. In the past decade, it has entered the dairy and other beverage filling market.
(5) CIP cleaning system; CIP is short for clean in place or in place cleaning. It is defined as a method of cleaning the contact surface with food by using high temperature and high concentration detergent to exert a strong effect on the device without disassembling or moving the device.
