Operation And Usage Process Of Liquid Filling Machine

The general process of a liquid filling machine is as follows:

  • Boxes containing empty bottles are stacked on pallets,
  • Transported by a conveyor belt to the unloading machine,
  • The pallets are unloaded one by one.

 

The boxes are then transported to the unloading machine along with the conveyor belt, and the empty bottles are taken out of the boxes. The empty boxes are then transported by the conveyor belt to the washing machine, cleaned, and then transported to the side of the packing machine, so that the bottles containing beverages can be loaded into them. The empty bottles taken out from the unloading machine are transported by another conveyor belt to the bottle washing machine for disinfection and cleaning. After being inspected by the bottle inspection machine and meeting the cleaning standards, they enter the filling and capping machines. Beverages are bottled by filling machines. The bottles that have been filled with beverages are sealed by a capping machine and transported to a labeling machine for labeling. After labeling, they are sent to a packing machine for loading into boxes, and then to a palletizing machine for stacking on pallets before being sent to the warehouse.

 

1. Because this filling machine is an automated machine, the size of the easy to pull bottle, bottle mat, and bottle cap must be unified.
2. Before driving, you must first use the joystick to rotate the machine and check if there are any abnormalities in its rotation. If it is confirmed to be normal, you can then drive.
3. When adjusting the machine, tools should be used appropriately. It is strictly prohibited to use too large tools or force too hard to disassemble parts to avoid damaging the machine or affecting its performance.
4. Every time the machine is adjusted, be sure to tighten the loosened screws and use the joystick to rotate the machine to check if its movements meet the requirements before driving.
5. The machine must be kept clean, and it is strictly prohibited to have oil stains, chemicals, or glass debris on the machine to prevent damage and corrosion. Therefore, it is necessary to:

Before shift handover, each part of the machine surface should be cleaned once, and clean lubricating oil should be added to each activity department.
